More tenants are moving into the MIX Biura buildings. We are glad our buildings represent an attractive space for many businesses in Krakow. We hope these companies will thrive in a new place, create fresh ideas, as well as new B2B relations.
In
September, the following tenants moved to the MIX Biura buildings on
Wadowicka Street:
PLAY4MIX and MOBILE MIX — two
companies that are part of the MIX Group. They run Play and T-Mobile
showrooms throughout Poland. We are delighted that both companies
managed to find a new space. Not only closer to the entire MIX Group,
but also in the center of Krakow.
Among our tenants we
also welcome ARCADIS. A leading global company specializing in
construction and environmental consulting. The company’s goal is to
provide exceptional and at the same time environmentally sustainable
results through the skillful use of design, consulting, engineering
and project management services.
Przedsiębiorstwo Badań
Geofizycznych has also joined the group of office tenants on
Wadowicka Street. PBG deals with the search for raw materials and
works in the fields of engineering geology, geotechnics, and
environmental protection. Currently, the rented space is under
renovation, so that PBG will soon be able to move into refreshed
interiors.
On top of that, we are handing over to our
longtime tenant — ANT — subsequent space. We are pleased with the
continuous development of ANT and the constant strengthening of our
cooperation. In the upcoming months, we are planning to rent ANT an
additional 150 m2.
The constant interest in the space we
offer, of both new tenants and those cooperating with us for years,
makes we have the energy for new activities and new projects. Thank
