We are delighted to inform that the last one of the Bronowice Business Center complex buildings, BBC13 – located at Jasnogórska 13 St. has been granted the building permit. The first construction works will start before the end of this year. On a plot of approx. 2,800 m2 the last of the 3 A-class office buildings will be built, with an area of approx. 5,000 m2.
The building, surrounded by green areas, is located in the vicinity of one of the most important communication junctions in Krakow, the intersection of the city’s main thoroughfares – the Ofiar Katynia Roundabout. It will consist of 7 storeys, including 2 underground ones, will provide 106 parking spaces, as well as a conference center, a cafe, social rooms, and bicycle storage. As in the BBC9 and BBC11 buildings, tenants will be able to use and arrange open space at their own discretion.
Significantly, Jasnogórska Street, where the investment is being built, connects the city’s main road with the voivodeship route. In the north, it leads to the clean lungs of Lesser Poland Voivodeship. Only a few kilometers will separate BBC13 from the Complex of Voivodeship Landscape Parks, which are part of one of the most attractive tourist regions in Poland – the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland.
The proximity of the Main Square, the Balice Airport, the highway, the expressways, as well as a vast range of services in the vicinity, represent equally great assets of the BBC13 location.
