In December, our thoughts naturally turn to sum up the year. For MIX Biura, it was a very intense time. Not only because of new projects but also as of the year-round process of establishing business relationships with new tenants. On top of that, an extension of long-term contracts was extremely satisfying. For us, it is proof of great trust, as well as positive business relationships that we have managed to develop over the years.
At the beginning of the year, in February our long-term tenant – ENOVA365 company has leased an additional space of 700 m2 at Wadowicka Street. Space was vacated by Adrem. Enova365, which is a dynamically developing company, decided to take this opportunity to lease additional space. Enova365 is specialized business software that has been gaining the trust of customers for over 20 years.
Our long-time tenant, ANT – the creator of dedicated software for the industry has also rent additional space at Wadowicka Street.
In 2017, offices at Wadowicka Street also gained new tenants. Among others: PLAY4MIX and MOBILE MIX – companies that are part of the MIX Group and run Play and T-Mobile showrooms throughout Poland. As well as Przedsiębiorstwo Badań Geofizycznych and ARCADIS – a company specializing in construction and environmental design and consulting.
This
year, we have also managed to sign a 10-year lease contract on space
at Halicka Street.
Every year, we put a lot of effort and
energy into the development of the MIX Biura. Establishing new
business relationships. Maintaining existing ones. Improving space so
it meets the expectations of our tenants. We are proud our office
buildings attract new businesses and also for years have been home to
many companies in Krakow. Its gives us immense joy and satisfaction
as well as energy for the upcoming challenges that await us in 2018.
